Terms of Use

By creating an account or using LeWell ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LeWell is a science-based wellness learning platform that provides educational content on mind, body, and connection topics through lessons, practices, quizzes, and habit-building tools.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in social features

• All lesson content, practice instructions, quiz questions, and educational materials are the intellectual property of LeWell
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• User-generated content (such as practice responses and commitments) remains yours, but you grant LeWell a license to process it for service delivery, including sending it to AI providers for instant validation feedback

• Gold and Gems are virtual currencies with no real-world monetary value
• Virtual currencies cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to other users, or refunded
• Mastery purchases, shop items, and domain bundles are final once purchased
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing, rewards, and the virtual economy at any time

• LeWell content is educational and based on published research, but is not medical advice
• Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise, dietary, or wellness program
• Individual results may vary; we do not guarantee specific health outcomes
• Practice safety notes, when provided, should be followed carefully
• If you are in a mental health crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline. Do not rely on LeWell for emergency support.

• We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings, or via lewell.app/delete-account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, all associated data is permanently deleted

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
