What you'll do
- Design and run the launch campaign across paid, organic, and creator channels
- Build AI-driven workflows that produce, test, and scale creative at machine speed
- Automate reporting, research, and audience analysis with AI agents
- Own ASO, lifecycle, and the content engine on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Test, measure, kill, and double down ruthlessly on what moves CAC and retention
What we look for
- You have taken a consumer mobile product from launch to meaningful scale
- Daily user of frontier AI tools. You treat each campaign as a chance to replace manual work with a workflow
- Fluent in both paid (Meta, TikTok, Google) and organic (ASO, content, creators)
- Comfortable with analytics tools and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback)
- Bonus: wellness, health, or habit-forming consumer products in your past work
What you'll do
- Design lesson and practice flows that feel light enough to do every day
- Use AI tools to expand ideation, generate assets, and prototype faster than the alternative
- Build AI-assisted workflows that turn designs into shippable code, copy, and motion
- Evolve our design system in Figma alongside the engineers shipping it
- Run lightweight usability checks with target users and iterate fast
What we look for
- Mobile-first product design experience on consumer apps
- Daily user of frontier AI tools (Figma AI, image/video gen, AI coding assistants). You treat new capabilities as a chance to rebuild your workflow
- Strong portfolio showing motion, hierarchy, and information density tradeoffs
- Figma fluency, design system thinking, comfort handing off to engineers
- Bonus: gamified learning, habit, or wellness products in your past work
