Delete your account

You can delete your LeWell account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open LeWell on your device
  2. Go to Settings from the profile menu
  3. Open Account Details
  4. Tap Delete account
  5. Type DELETE to confirm

Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at privacy@lewell.app from the address you registered with. Include the username on your account.

We complete email-based deletion requests within 7 business days and reply once it is done.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account:

  • Profile (email, username, password hash, avatar, level, XP, gold, gems)
  • Learning progress (mastery ownership, completed lessons, quizzes, practices)
  • Health and wellness data (check-ins, metrics, body measurements)
  • Streak and challenge history
  • Social connections (follows, friendships)
  • Notifications and notification subscriptions
  • All currency transaction history

What we retain

Nothing tied to you personally. Aggregate, anonymous analytics events that cannot be linked back to you may persist in our analytics and crash-reporting providers per their standard retention. These contain no personally identifiable information.
