What is a mastery, and how do I get more?

A mastery is a themed set of 10 topics inside a domain like Body or Mind. You start with 6 free (3 in Body and 3 in Mind). Any other mastery costs 1,000 gold or 100 gems, and unlocking a whole domain at once costs 5,000 gold. Masteries are bought with gold or gems, not unlocked by Premium.

What are practices?

After a lesson you get a practice: a short real-world action to apply what you just learned. Some are quick reflections, some are timed, and some ask you to commit now and come back later to log how it went.

What happens if I redo a lesson?

You can revisit any lesson anytime. The first time you complete it you get the full reward. Repeating it on a later day gives a smaller reward, and repeating it the same day gives no extra reward, though it still counts toward your streak.

You have 5 hearts. You lose one for a wrong answer in a lesson quiz (practices and daily challenges never cost hearts). One heart comes back every 4 hours, or you can refill instantly from the Shop. Premium members have unlimited hearts.

You earn gold from lessons, practices, and challenges, with extra from the daily Surprise, streak milestones, inviting friends, and achievements. Spend it on masteries and Shop items. Gems are a premium currency you can use in place of gold, but gold alone covers everything you need.
