Questions, answered
See all FAQsHow is this different from a meditation app?
It includes meditations, but most topics teach a skill you use with your eyes open, like labeling a thought or choosing an action based on your values. Each skill gets a lesson, a quiz and a practice.
Should I do Reframing or Mindfulness first?
Either works. Reframing teaches you to challenge a thought. Mindfulness teaches you to step back from it. Many people find it useful to learn both.
