Learning & progress
What is inside a topic?
A topic includes a lesson, quiz, and practice. Your learning path guides you through them.
What are practices?
Practices help you apply or reflect on an idea in everyday life. Instructions vary by topic.
How does progress work?
LeWell saves the lessons, quizzes, and practices you complete so you can pick up where you left off. It tracks activity, not changes in wellbeing.
Access & billing
Is LeWell free?
LeWell is free to download. Access to content and any purchase options can vary by account. The app shows the price and renewal terms before you buy.
What does a subscription include?
If a subscription is offered to your account, review the access, price, and renewal terms shown in the app before you purchase.
How do I check my subscription status?
In Settings, choose Subscription to see the status for your account and any plans currently available to you.
How do I restore a purchase?
In the app, open Settings and choose Subscription, then choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account used to pay.
Where do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel through the Apple or Google account that bills you. Deleting your LeWell account does not cancel store billing.
Hearts & streaks
How do hearts work?
Some quizzes and practices use hearts. Your current balance and next refill time appear in the app.
How do I keep my streak?
Complete a lesson, quiz, or practice each day. Your Profile shows your current streak.
XP, levels & gold
How do I earn XP and level up?
Completed lessons, quizzes, and practices can earn XP and gold. XP adds to your level; gold and gems can be used for items shown in the Shop.
Account
How do I control notifications?
Open Settings and choose Notifications to manage the reminders available to your account.
How does LeWell use my information?
See the LeWell Privacy Policy for details about how your information is used and the choices available to you.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings, open Account Details and choose Delete account. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
